Product description
When a Volkswagen Bus is fitted with an automatic gearbox, the last part of the throttle control rod is attached to the throttle body using the cable connector mentioned here, together with a compression spring and a hose clamp.
The same end fitting was later used on all Volkswagen Vanagon models with Type 4 engines and carburetors, where it was also used to fit the throttle body. it was also used to mount the gas pedal cable on the gas pedal stem assembly.
Don't forget to also order the bushings and washers, which will probably need replacing and are listed in the "Options" tab.
