Returns & Warranty
Returns:
If you have ordered a product that does not match your expectations, or if you have ordered the wrong part number, you can return your order within 30 days of the invoice date. Make sure the product is still in its intact original manufacturer packaging. The product must not have been installed, lubricated, or used in any way in order to be returned.

Warranty:
If a product is defective upon arrival (DOA) or becomes defective within 1 year of the invoice date, you are entitled to a warranty claim. After we have investigated the situation, you will receive instructions on what to do.
For warranty claims, please send us an email (if possible, with a photograph of the problem) :
Please note: if your warranty claim is approved, the parts will always be credited (we do not send replacement parts). You are responsible for ordering the replacement part yourself.
Did you order something in 2025 that you would like to return?
This is not possible via our new returns platform. In that case, please send an email to service@paruzzi.com stating which product you would like to return, together with the corresponding invoice number.
