Shipping rates
In some countries we work with fixed shipping rates (see the list below), for all other countries the shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the dimensions and weight.
We work with two shipping rates (PARCEL and FREIGHT) depending on the size and weight of the package, some products are marked as FREIGHT (see the product specifications on the product details page). If at least one part is ordered which has FREIGHT as `Yes`, the FREIGHT shipping rate will be charged.
The shipping partners for both PARCEL and FREIGHT have been carefully selected to offer the best value for money. We strive to choose the most suitable packaging for optimal shipping costs.
You can choose to have your order shipped to your home address, to a collection point close to your home, or to pick up your order at our headquarters in the Netherlands. Adding additional addresses to your account is easy, as is setting one of these addresses as your default address. In some countries it is also possible to send your package to a pick up location.
Free shipping for big orders
For countries with a fixed shipping rate, we offer free shipping. Once an order exceeds a certain minimum amount, we cover the shipping costs in full. This means that larger orders automatically qualify for free shipping, with no surprises afterwards.
