Product description
The oil coolers on 1300 and 1600 cc dual-port engines are mounted on a support that is attached to the crankcase. If this support is cracked or damaged, oil leakage may occur.
The support is supplied complete with studs and gaskets, both for the connection between the support and the oil cooler and between the support and the crankcase.
Always check the condition of the oil cooler during installation. Preferably, do not use an oil cooler if its history is unknown. An oil cooler from a seized engine may contain metal particles that can later cause further engine damage. If in doubt, do not take any risks and fit a new oil cooler. You can find this under the Options tab.
