During restoration, the vent wings often do not leave the frame without breaking, the biggest cause of problem is most often at the bottom of the frame. Although the rubber seals quite well, there are always places where moisture can reach the frame. Over the years, this has created a hotbed of rust and decomposition. You can buy a brand new vent wing or you can restore it, this way you will affect the originality the least.

The frame in which the rubber is clamped consists of two parts, the frame around the window and the vertical support where the lock is locked. These two parts are available separately, the fixing rivets and stainless steel locking plates for vertical posts are not included, please add them (see options tab).

The frame and vertical support are black in colour and do not require any further processing, they can be mounted directly.
