Product description
This connector is used to connect the parking light wiring to the parking light holder as listed under the Related products tab.
Loose spade connectors are often used as an alternative. Although this may seem like a simple solution, they can easily come loose due to vibrations or movement. This may result in poor contact or malfunctioning lights.
Volkswagen originally developed a better solution: a connector housing that connects both terminals at once. This ensures a secure fit and immediately protects the connections against dirt and moisture, resulting in a more reliable and durable connection.
If these original connectors are missing on your vehicle, remove the loose spade connectors and replace them with this connector housing. Please also order the correct spade terminals that click into this housing.
