Product description
These locking plates are located between the joint bolts and ensure that two bolts are held together, preventing them from moving in any direction. If you don't use locking plates and a bolt comes loose, it won't be long before the entire drive shaft comes loose, with all the consequences that this entails.
Note: The locking plates mentioned here are not only made from the appropriate steel, but also conform to Volkswagen's exact dimensions. These locking plates therefore fit perfectly, unlike many reproductions where this is not the case.
