Product description
These grommets can be mounted directly around the hose. They are specifically intended for pipes where passage is not possible from the outset due to an existing thickening, such as a swivel, or if the application of the pipe does not allow passage.
These grommets or sleeves have been used for various applications:
VW Beetle:
-brake cables
-electrical cables in the engine compartment on 1200 cc engines from 1976 (from engine number D 1371 481) until 12/1977
Karmann Ghia:
-brake hoses
Split Bus and Bay Window Bus:
-brake hoses
-auxiliary heater (parking heater) hose
-auxiliary heater (parking heater) control rod
VW Vanagon:
-brake servo decompression line from 8.1985 onwards
Type 3:
-brake hoses
VW Thing:
-brake lines up to 2.1973
In addition, the dimensions of the outside (required hole diameter) and the inside (pipe diameter) are given in the specifications.
