Product description
When you buy a new standard crankcase (#04969), you have to reuse various parts from the old crankcase. If you want everything to be 100% new, use this set.
This set includes the following parts:
- oil filler pipe cover plate with gasket, studs and nuts
- oil pressure springs, plungers, washers and locking bolts
- oil pump studs
- oil cooler studs (threaded rod 8 mm and 8 to 6 mm)
- lower studs for gearbox mounting
Not only can this set be used for the new standard housing (#04969), but you can also use it to overhaul your existing housing. You can also use this set for Super Stock housings, but you don't need all the parts in this set, as Super Stock housings come more complete.
Applicable to:
Type 1 engines from 8/1970 (large oil channels)
Type 3 engines
Can also be used with T2 1600 cc engines (except CT) from 8/1970, but bear in mind that you can't use the lower studs to mount your engine on your gearbox (these are too short).
