The soft top of our Volkswagen Thing locks onto the windscreen frame by pulling the latch shown here, which is the same on the left and right. The lock is mounted on the hood and the latch on the windscreen frame.
Broken, oxidized and lost parts are the most common reasons why a replacement will be necessary.
