Product description
This reinforced version is a stronger variant of the original jack support, which was originally used by Volkswagen in the production of the Brazilian Volkswagen Beetle from 1971.
Curiously, this was only applied in Brazil, although it was a great improvement in terms of its strength. This part was suitable for a whole series of jacks.
If you also want a stronger jack support without being dependent on the specific Volkswagen jack, then this reinforced version is certainly worth recommending.
Remove the existing jack support by drilling spot welds and weld the reinforced version to the reinforced section to which your existing jack support was attached.
All jacks placed under a body edge, as is the case with most cars, are usable, as are most garage jacks.
