Sometimes it is better to replace the complete front inner fender at once, then you have a lot less putty work later on.
These inner fenders are available for the 1200, 1300 and 1500 models as well as the 1302 and 1303.
The 1200, 1300 and 1500 inner fenders are not suitable for every model year, but with small adjustments this can be achieved. The following modifications are necessary if you want to use the inner fender for another year or model than mentioned:
1300 and 1500 from August 1967 until July 1972 right side:
Without adaptation of the sheet metal you use the tank inlet with flap from the 1200 Beetle (August 1972 and later), if you want to keep the tank inlet original put the tray of the tank inlet over from your existing panel.
1200 from August 1967 to July 1973 right side:
Same as above, plus replace bumper support with edge trim with correct model #4830
1200 from August 1967 to July 1973 left side:
Bumper support with edge trim replaced with correct model #4829 .
If the inner fenders are used for a 1302 or 1303 through July 1973 it is necessary to pierce the holes for the auxiliary steering rack, the location for this is already marked.
The models for the 1200, 1300 and 1500 Beetle are original, where the holes for the trims are not always present, so the picture may differ on this point.
