Product description
It is very important to be seen when driving in the dark or when visibility is obstructed by heavy rain. Lighting has come a long way over the years, from the simple Duplo bulb to Xenon lighting.
For our classic car, you can opt for standard halogen lighting, which Volkswagen introduced in late 1973. It was a great improvement, but considering today's modern lighting, halogen is now outdated. If you want as much light as a modern car, you should consider neon headlights. Driving at night on unlit roads will be much more enjoyable.
Most headlights have a modern design that is totally different from the classic Volkswagen design. The ones mentioned here are as if they were available in every car shop in the 60s and 70s. No exotic shapes, just a simple round design.
Because of the high current required, you will need to install a relay to spare the switch. You will also need to install a fuse for these lights. The relay and a suitable switch are listed in the options tab, so get them as extras.
Note: The exterior is polished stainless steel. The mounting bracket, outer ring and fixing hardware are partly made of galvanised steel.
