Product description
This lens was used as a brake light on the Volkswagen Split Bus until 1958, with the first models in orange, which then changed to red. It is not known exactly when this colour change took place, probably it was for models destined for export rather than for models destined for Germany.
This glass has exactly the same dimensions as the rear window reversing light for VW Bus models up to 1971 and the optional reversing light for other VW models.
With the red lens you can convert the reversing light into a fog light.
If you have two reversing lights, you can convert them into directional lights by using the amber glass.
