If your VW Bus front end only requires work on the underside, consider restoring it rather than replacing it entirely (see "alternatives" tab). This will preserve as much of the original as possible, which will only increase the value of your classic car.
For most versions of the VW Bus, a repair part that replaces the rusted or dented underside is available in addition to a complete front panel.
