Product description
Your alternator or dynamo must be properly attached to the generator bracket. If there is play and the alternator becomes loose, this can have nasty consequences which you can prevent with this T-bolt clamping band.
With this T-bolt tightening strap, the generator is tightened evenly all around and not just where you screw it in. It is therefore a much firmer mounting method than the original. In addition, this strap is made of stainless steel, which will improve its appearance, as rust is a thing of the past.
For a performance engine, this T-bolt clamp is certainly recommended, because due to the higher forces to which the generator is subjected, it has to be secured securely.
