There may be several reasons why the dipstick holder needs to be replaced, such as excess rust, loss, deformation or breakage. But don't worry, you don't need to look for a used one, they're available new for most engines.
Don't forget to order a dipstick, seals and/or guides if necessary. If these are required for your engine and available, you can find them under the "options" tab.
