All headlamps originally intended for sealed beam lighting can be easily converted to European standards with this H4 replacement.
The sealed beam is a complete unit including reflector, lamp and glass, applied as standard for export models to specific countries where sealed beam lighting was mandatory at the time, such as the United States and Canada. Sealed beam lighting does not have an E-label and has to be converted in most European countries to a form of lighting that complies with European standards, such as H4 with an E-label.
The H4 unit mentioned here has the exact size of 178 mm (7 inches) and replaces the sealed beam headlamp. In addition to the fact that your car complies with European legislation, the H4 lamp gives you a much higher light output. The unit is also equipped with parking lights, which solves an additional problem. In most European countries, turning lights cannot be used as position lights, which is the case in cooperation with sealed beam lights.
