Product description
What you certainly don't want is a faulty wiper system in a downpour. It is still common for the owner to know that their wiper system is not working optimally, but only take action when the system fails in a downpour.
The wiper system mentioned here is ready to install and equipped with a two-position motor. If your existing wiper motor had only one position, you only connect the fastest position. The mechanism does not have a transport lacquer but a solid black powder coat as it was originally.
Should your existing wiper system look a bit different, don't worry, this system is suitable for the VW models and years mentioned. The cap nuts for mounting the wiper arms will have to be replaced by standard M6 nuts for the years from 8.1972 and later.
