If you have ordered a product that does not match your expectations, or if you have ordered the wrong part number, you can return your order within 30 days of the invoice date. Make sure the product is still in its intact original manufacturer packaging. The product must not have been installed, lubricated, or used in any way in order to be returned.

Warranty:

All delivered products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must meet what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it. If a product is defective upon receipt or if a defect arises within a reasonable period of time that is not the result of normal wear and tear, improper use, or assembly, you can submit a warranty claim. After receiving and assessing your report, we will inform you about the further handling.
