Product description
If diesel is leaking from the gas lever of the injection pump, this means that excessive play has developed in the bushing in which the gas lever moves. The construction is such that this bushing will wear out sooner than the gas lever. In most cases, simply replacing the bushing will solve the leak.
If you purchased a fuel pump repair kit thinking you would solve the leak between the gas lever and the bushing, we must disappoint you, this kit does not include the gas lever bushing or sleeve, this is a separate part that you will need to purchase in addition.
Don't forget to order a fuel pump repair kit. When replacing the gas lever bushing, you will need to replace the seals and bushings. This gasket repair kit can be found in the options tab.
