Product description
This ring is used for two applications: for the Volkswagen Split Bus, it is the upper and lower bearing of the spindle with which the pins are supported and for the Bay Window Bus, the same bearing is used for the idle steering arm.
If the bearing bushings are not lubricated at the correct maintenance interval, they may run dry and wear out. Chances are that if the VW Bus had been serviced in time, with the bearings lubricated, there would not have been any play. It is therefore important to carry out a good maintenance.
If all bushings/cushions need to be replaced, you need four for the Split Bus spindles and one for the idle steering arm of a Bay Window Bus.
