The convertible top frame of convertible models are equipped with a number of wooden parts to which the convertible top is attached.
In many cases, the wood is so damaged that replacement is the only solution.
All wooden parts are made of solid wood and the fit is identical to the original. By using wood instead of plastic, you will not experience any inconvenience when nailing or stapling the soft top, although it is always recommended to use stainless steel staples and/or nails.
The Volkswagen Beetle rear window frame consists of four pieces that must be attached to the existing metal rear window frame. If this frame is corroded by rust, or no longer has the right shape, you can also purchase this frame, including the inlay, in its entirety (see the related parts tab).
The Karmann Ghia's rear cover mounting bar consists of two parts, to make transportation possible.
