Product description
If your wiring is damaged, you can replace it completely. The wiring harness shown here is a reproduction of the original, using Volkswagen color codes. In addition to the wiring diagram supplied, we also recommend using the Volkswagen workshop manual (see Options tab). The wiring harness is also supplied with the necessary connectors and sockets, as illustrated. Under the Options tab, there are several other parts that are not included in this part number, but are often ordered at the same time.
Note: this wiring kit is intended for export models equipped with sealed beams (American models). European models are fitted with H4 or Duplo lights with integrated city lights. In this case, you'll need to make a few modifications to comply with the legal requirements of the country where you live. And don't forget that there's no wiring for optional accessories, whether original or retrofitted, and that you may also need to make adjustments.
