If the windshield washer no longer produces a full spray while sufficient water pressure is present, the washer nozzle is most likely clogged. You can try to carefully clear it using a needle. If this does not work, the nozzle must be replaced.
On most washer nozzles, the spray direction can be adjusted using a needle. Carefully bend the metal tubes in the correct direction. Aim the spray at the upper part of the windshield. Due to airflow while driving, the spray will hit lower when the vehicle is moving. First check whether the tube is adjustable. On fixed tubes, this method may cause the tube to break.
Note: if the body panel is thicker than original due to surface preparation (for example filler), or if the washer nozzle is installed too roughly, there is a high risk that the retaining clips will break during installation.
