Product description
The body around the trunk has a raised edge. If there is no drainage, the edge would overflow, causing a water problem in the trunk. It goes without saying that this was taken into account in the design and drainage pipes were fitted on the left and right to drain the water to the outside via the inner mudguards.
There won't be many more Karmann Ghia's where these rubber tubes are still in good condition, often they dry out, causing water leaks.
