Product description
Our classic Volkswagen needs to be lubricated at a number of points during each service. The grease nipple used for this purpose works on one side only, the grease can only be pressed into it. If the grease can no longer be pressed in or if the grease is no longer retained, the grease nipple must be replaced.
Over the years, the number of lubrication points has been greatly reduced, which is why the applications listed may differ depending on the year of manufacture, as may the thread or the shape of the grease nipple.
It is advisable to measure the thread before ordering, especially because Volkswagen has changed the thread size at the factory for some applications, without keeping track of the specific year of manufacture that was changed.
