As the proud owner of a Volkswagen Split Bus for passenger transport, you have the chance to enjoy a more luxurious bus than the standard models.
In nine-seat VW Buses, the underside of the rear seat and the side of the center bench are fitted with upholstered panels. At the bottom of these panels is an aluminum edge to prevent damage to the upholstery.
Assembly is very easy, as they fit around the seat tubes. Partly because of the ease of assembly, they're also easy to remove, which explains why they're often lost on many Buses over the years.
Our reproductions are made of moisture-resistant hardboard and have not yet been upholstered. At the factory, they are covered with the same fabric as the side panels, but you can also add your own touch.
