Do you need extra space for a car radio because the dashboard was not fitted with a radio opening from the factory (such as on a Type 3 or Trekker), or would you like to install multiple audio devices? Then this radio mounting console offers the ideal solution.

The mounting console encloses the car radio or other audio equipment, allowing it to be mounted neatly and securely beneath the dashboard or in another desired location. It is also an excellent solution if you do not want to enlarge the original radio opening in the dashboard. On various Volkswagen models, the original radio opening is simply too small for a modern car radio.

The mounting console is manufactured from black plastic and features a radio installation opening according to ISO 7736 (DIN mounting size) measuring 182 x 53 mm.
