The POD-Style air filter combines perfect filtration with space-saving and luxurious appearance.
Between the chrome-plated top and bottom is a cotton filter element that is similar to the one used in the world of professional racing. To ensure maximum filtration, however, it is necessary to equip the oil element with an air filter (see the Options tab). Furthermore, good maintenance is a matter of course, the filter should be cleaned every 5000 km with an air filter cleaner.
The filter is in one piece with the top and the bottom, in case of extreme pollution or damage, you will have to replace the entire filter.
The collar is made of rubber and is secured by a clamp supplied. The diameter of the neck is 51 mm with a total height of 120 mm.
If you want to use the air filter for another carburetor than the one mentioned, we can inform you that the diameter of the neck is quite flexible due to the application of rubber, the diameter of the neck is close to 51 mm, there is a good chance that this POD type air filter can be fitted.
Remember that there is no crankcase ventilation, you will need to connect the oil pump's crankcase ventilation hose directly to a crankcase ventilation filter or use a case breather tower (see "Options" tab).
