Product description
European legislation stipulates that headlights must provide a clear beam when operating in low beam mode. If this is not the case, the problem must be solved.
If the light pattern is blurred or completely obscured, correct adjustment is no longer possible and the technical service inspector will reject the vehicle. The cause of a blurred or obscured light pattern can have several origins, but in most cases the problem lies with the reflector, it has become dull or in the worst case it has been affected by corrosion.
In some cases you will have to install a complete new headlight. But if your headlight can be removed, the reflector is available for a limited number of Volkswagens, which is much cheaper than a complete new headlight.
