Product description
Seeger rings are opened with Seeger ring pliers. After sliding them onto the shaft, they drop into a notch. When the pliers are released, they lock firmly into the notch.
The circlip mentioned here, suitable for shafts with a diameter of 19 mm, is used to secure the countershaft in manual gearboxes on the models and designs mentioned.
In addition, these circlips are used on the primary gearbox shaft of all rear-engine synchronized Volkswagens.
