Product description
When replacing the clutch pressure plate, it is strongly recommended that the mounting bolts be replaced as well. This is certainly the case with the M7 bolts mentioned here, which have a permanently mounted spring washer that loses its preload once tightened for a while.
These are not standard bolts, but bolts specially designed for attaching the clutch pressure unit to the indicated engines and corresponding years of construction. Therefore, do not use alternatives that are somewhat similar, but only the correct bolts with a tensile strength of 10.9 and an exact length of 18 mm and a fixed spring washer.
Assembly: Tighten the cross bolts one or two turns at a time until the tightening torque of 25 Nm is reached.
