Product description
A common problem with Type 4 engines is throttle bar play which makes it impossible to adjust the carburetors correctly. In the right side of the throttle rod that connects the two carburetors, a plastic bushing is tightened that wears out over time, creating this play.
Due to Volkswagen's choice of materials, this part is very sensitive to wear, to get rid of it forever, this new stud is made of brass, premature wear will be a thing of the past.
