Volkswagen Beetles up to 7/1965 are fitted with convex wheel trims as standard. When the craze for the Cal-look began, it was essential to equip the cars with convex hubcaps, regardless of the year of manufacture and preferably without emblem in order to achieve a smooth appearance. To meet all these requirements, Cal-look chrome wheel trims have been developed for both old and new Volkswagen rims.
