The cab floor of a VW Bus is often rusted in several areas. In particular, the sections where the pedals pass through the floor and where the accelerator pedal is mounted are especially vulnerable.

This floor panel is originally designed for a Brazilian or Mexican T2 Bay and fits perfectly in those models. With some modifications, it can also be used for a German bus. For example, the openings for the pedals and the steering column need to be repositioned (welded closed and re-cut), and the sides near the wheel arches must be adjusted to match the dimensions of the German version.

This requires some work, but once modified, you will have a new floor panel that will last for many years.
