If available for your year of manufacture and model, you can replace the complete spare wheel compartment. But if the damage is limited, it may also be sufficient to replace only the necessary parts.
The side of the spare wheel compartment is commonly referred to as the bumper support panel. The bumper support panel shown here is equipped with the bumper support mounting plate and the necessary mudguard/fender fixing nuts.
