Die Nockenwelle ist ein wichtiger Teil des Motors und wird daher bei der Motorabstimmung sehr genau untersucht. Die Nockenwelle bestimmt, in welchem Bereich das maximale Drehmoment erreicht wird und bis zu welchem Drehzahlbereich die Leistung gesteigert werden kann. Dank der großen Auswahl gibt es für jede Art der Motoreinstellung eine passende Nockenwelle.
Alle Nockenwellen werden ohne Nockenwellenrad geliefert, das immer separat zu bestellen ist (Nockenwellen für Motoren des Typs 4 werden mit Befestigungsmaterial geliefert). Für jede Nockenwelle sind die Spezifikationen, die Marke und die vom Hersteller verwendete Typenbezeichnung angegeben.
Beim Einbau einer neuen Nockenwelle ist es sehr wichtig, neue, d. h. vom Hersteller empfohlene Stößel zu verwenden. Wenn nicht nachgewiesen werden kann, dass die vom Hersteller empfohlenen Stößel verwendet wurden, besteht kein Anspruch auf Garantie, bestellen Sie diese immer zusammen mit einer neuen Nockenwelle (siehe Registerkarte Optionen).
Hinweis: Nockenwellen für Typ 1, Typ 3 und CT/CZ-Motoren müssen eine Ölpumpe vom Typ 1 bis einschließlich 7/1971 verwenden, erkennbar an der Einbautiefe von 46-47 mm. Prüfen Sie die Pumpe Ihrer Wahl und fügen Sie sie ggf. hinzu (siehe Registerkarte Optionen).
