Search and order
You need to know the original VW part number to search. Only parts in stock at Volkswagen Germany are shown.

Delivery time
Once the ordering and payment process has been completed, the parts will be placed on order with Volkswagen, after which it will take around 2 weeks for them to be delivered to you.

Return procedure
Because of the rarity of the items, all orders are considered special order and can not be returned.

Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months. If you think the part is eligible for warranty you can write an email stating your customer and invoice number from the delivered part(s) and if possible some photograhps of the item. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Transport damage
If the package is damaged when delivered to you, this should be reported within 2 days by email to us. Please state customer and invoice number and photographs showing the visible damage of packaging and/or component. We will contact you as soon as possible.
