Product description
Good news for old-school lovers, the BRM rim is back. Introduced in the mid-60s by Speedwell in collaboration with EMPI and long unavailable, but due to the craze for the Old-School and Resto-Look style, although it is now a reproduction of the original 60's.
The BRM rim is almost as popular as the EMPI GT-5 and GT-8, so the BRM range is constantly expanding. It all started with the model with a 5 x 205 mm centre distance in 15 inches and now also a narrower version available in several centre distances.
For the Volkswagen Beetle and Karmann Ghia until 1965 and the Volkswagen Bus until 1970, the supplied hub cap is too shallow, the front brake drums protrude too much in those years, at the rear it's not a problem. It is therefore necessary to order a higher rim (see the Options tab) for these years of construction. To give you a tip, replace the rear hub caps with higher ones, it's a strange sight when you ride with two different rim caps.
All BRM rims are delivered without bolts and nuts (see options tab) but with a chrome valve.
