Product description
These black plastic seat covers provide a neat finish on the side of the chair and hide the adjustment mechanism. In addition to a visual appearance, these protective plates ensure that you do not get stuck with your clothes in the adjustment mechanism.
These protective plates are often torn, it is the kicks against the back seat when stepping in the Bus that are the most frequent cause.
There are two different protective plates, one with a hole for the seat adjustment knob and the other for the other side without a seat adjustment knob, the latter was also used for younger Beetle models which were equipped with an adjustment lever instead of a rotary knob.
Supplied with fixing pins. First push the pins, mount the plate in the holes provided for this purpose, when the plate is in place, push the pins into the holes and the plate is tightened.
