These plastic guide plates mainly ensure that the closing hook of the convertible roof cannot damage the frame, these plates guide the closing hook, so to speak, up to the locking catch of the closing hook.
They are clamped between the clamping rubber on the windscreen frame and behind the locking hook.
On most convertibles, these guides are worn and often not present at all, it is only when the closing hook has damaged the paint that you notice that these guides are missing.
