Product description
To keep out dirt and moisture, a foam rubber seal is glued around the door check on the A-pillar.
Over time, the foam decomposes, leaving pieces that can no longer perform their sealing function. Replacing the foam rubber in good time prevents the doorstop from running rigidly due to accumulated dirt and moisture.
These foam-rubber gaskets have a self-adhesive backing, but remember that before fitting them, the door check must first be dismantled.
