The rear mudguards of the Volkswagen Type 3 rest on the underside of a sealing rubber that is attached to the bodywork and prevents water and mud from seeping between these parts to prevent rust.
Rear mudguards are rare and expensive, so make sure you do everything you can to keep the rear mudguard and don't spare on this essential part. They are often worn on most Type 3 models.
The top rubbers are also available, they are mentioned as an option.
Supplied in pairs for left and right side and suitable for all VW type 3 models and all years of construction.
