Product description
More engine power requires better handling and certainly better braking power. Disc brakes at the front become indispensable, but if the engine power increases even more, it is advisable to provide disc brakes at the rear as well. As the handbrake remains mechanical, this set can be used on public roads without any problem. These sets are available for 5-hole (205 mm PCD) and 4-hole (130 mm PCD) rims. This makes it possible to equip a Volkswagen after 8/1967 with disc brakes for 5-hole rims and vice versa. All parts of these sets are of very high quality, the expression "for professional use only" certainly applies. The assemblies are constructed in such a way that the track width does not change from the original. Some wearing parts of these assemblies are also available separately as replacement parts.
Note: For the front and rear discs, it is also necessary to replace your master cylinder by another one with a higher efficiency (see options tab). All assemblies listed must use DOT3 brake fluid (see Options tab), the manufacturer does not accept any form of warranty when using brake fluid with other specifications.
All assemblies are supplied complete with: brake discs, brake calipers complete with brake pads, handbrake cables, forged mounting brackets, rear axle seal kits, brake hoses and mounting hardware.
