Product description
The name says it all: Quiet Pack mufflers produce a quiet, yet deep and full sound. These "retro" mufflers were introduced in the mid-1960s and have remained a popular choice ever since.
Two versions are available: the Single Quiet Pack, with the exhaust facing to the right, and the Dual Quiet Pack, with a double exhaust on the left and right.
All mufflers are coated with a black transport lacquer, intended solely to prevent rusting during transport and storage. After the first use, this paint will largely wash off. Do you want the shock absorber to stay black? If so, you'll need to treat it regularly with a heat-resistant lacquer. The silencer has a chrome-plated end which also needs to be maintained, as it is not stainless steel.
As with many separate sports silencers, the silencer alone is not enough. You still need a spaghetti that connects the cylinder heads to the silencer (see the "Options" tab).
Note:
Already have a spaghetti? Then carefully check the distance between the muffler mounting holes. It should be around 58 mm, with the mounting hole above 1 o'clock (except on Type 3, where it's at 11 o'clock). Even if these dimensions match, there's no guarantee that the silencer will fit your existing spaghetti perfectly.
Our advice: order the matching spaghetti right away. That way, you can be sure of a perfectly matched exhaust combination.
