Product description
In the early years, the least luxurious Volkswagens were fitted with color-painted hubcaps. They were mainly intended for Germany itself, the export models soon got chrome ones. The Kübel you will encounter mainly with green painted hubcaps, only the civilian versions received a chrome layer. The years listed indicate when this wheel cover fits your model, so it does not mean that these are also the years that VW supplied its wheel covers in color.
The hubcaps listed here are untreated or ready to be painted in primer. To prevent rusting in the warehouse, all caps have been treated with a layer of oil, please degrease thoroughly before you start spraying.
