Product description
Fresh air is drawn into the Volkswagen Bay Window Bus through the grille under the windscreen. As there's no fan as standard, it's up to the wind to provide the cooling. This grille therefore plays an important role in bringing in the wind, but closing it is not a good decision.
Rust is this grille's biggest problem. Sandblasting and puttying are possible, provided that the rust damage has not become extensive.
Don't forget to order the mounting hardware, because if the grille is rusted, the mounting parts will no longer be in good condition. You'll find them in the "Options" tab.
