Are your old valve covers distorted or heavily rusted? Then you can choose to fit black valve covers, just like the originals. If you also want to give the underside of your engine a more striking appearance, these fully chrome-plated standard valve covers are a great choice. They are supplied complete with matching chrome-plated retaining clips and gaskets.
Note: With these chrome-plated valve covers, it is important to lightly roughen the edge where the gasket sits. Because of the smooth chrome surface, the gasket can slip out of position during installation, which may cause oil leaks.
