Product description
The windscreen of the VW Thing can be folded forward, but should not rest on the trunk lid. The windscreen frame is equipped with fixing devices that, when the windscreen is folded forward, fall into rubber supports where the locking pin engages.
If you have a Combi with a foldable seat in the passenger compartment of an emergency vehicle, the locking of the folded seat works in the same way as for the VW Thing windscreen, with the same parts.
These parts have the same function but are used for different purposes.
